Hi, I’m Lottie
In October 2022, I was sitting in my car outside the school I taught at, completely broken.
Burnt out, overwhelmed, and crying my eyes out. I was stuck in a role where no matter how hard I worked, it was never enough.
I had zero control over my time, had to ask permission to go to the dentist, and deep down... I knew I couldn't live like that anymore.
So I did the scariest thing I could imagine – I handed in my notice.
Within 2 months, I was fully booked with clients.
By month 3, I brought on my first associate.
The growth happened so quickly that Luke left his job to take on the marketing, and we've been running our multi-award winning agency together ever since.
Fast forward to now? We've supported 100+ clients, built a business completely on our terms, and spent 2024 working while traveling the world together.
We went from from Bali beaches to European cafés, all while our business continued to thrive.
My husband Luke gave me three months to make something of this "VA thing" I kept talking about.
With nothing but frantic Google searches, downloaded freebies I never opened, and hours lost designing Instagram posts I was too scared to publish...
I started my VA business.
Those early days?
Full of self-doubt, awkward social posts (yes, I even did some dancing reels 🤦♀️), and wondering if I'd made a huge mistake.

I didn't have a fancy website when I started.
I didn't have a perfect niche.
What I did have the relentless drive (read “I had bills to pay”) to find clarity on who I helped, how I helped them, and the courage to show up consistently even when it felt terrifying.
Now, after many bumps and lessons along the way, I can confidently help other VAs build businesses that give them real freedom and control.
